Reservation


  • How do I make a reservation?

    You may visit our website and select the apartment as per your criteria. You will receive an instant confirmation along with pre check in link to the registered email ID used at the time of reservation.


    If you have any additional requirements or questions, please contacts us either via email on info@luxtravels.com or call us on +9714-3955536, we will be glad to assist you. 

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    You can pay via cash, bank transfer or credit card. We also do accept UAE cheques, however the cheque shall be cleared 48 hours prior to your check-in date in order to be valid.

  • Is there a minimum length of stay?

    Calendar first three days are always available for minimum 1 night stay beyond that minimum length of stay is 3 nights. 

     

    We offer daily, weekly and monthly rates.


    However, certain public holidays can have certain restrictions.

  • Do I have to pay for electricity and water?

    No. All the bills are included.

  • How much will I be charged?

    Once you confirm the apartment of your choice and proceed to payment, the full amount mentioned in the reservation will be charged to your bank card.

  • Are there any additional charges?

    VAT of 5%, tourism fee of 10 AED per room per night  are all charged at the time of the booking.


    Deposit of 1000 AED is charged upon arrival.

  • When will I get the security deposit back?

    Security deposit is collected at the time of the booking and is a refundable amount if the property remains in the same condition and all the T&C are complied with. Security deposit will be issued back to your card within 5 working days.

  • Do I have to pay a Tourism Fee if I am a UAE resident?

    Yes. Tourism Dirham Fee applies to all guests staying in any short term accommodation in UAE regardless of their nationality or residency status.

  • What if I cancel the reservation?

    Our policy states that there won’t be any refunds if you cancel your stay 15 days prior to your check-in date. So, please for any cancellations and amendments, contact us on info@luxtravels.com Please note that any amendments may result in a rate change.


Pre Check-In


  • What is the Pre-Check-in form and why do I need to fill it in?

    The Pre-Check-In form allows you to send over essential information about your booking, like your check-in and check-out times. We also verify your details for safety and security and ask you to agree to our guest terms.


    If you are having any problems at all with the Pre-Check-In form then the best thing to do is give us a call or send us an email. We are always very happy to help you.

  • What are reservation Terms & Conditions?

    The Terms & Conditions are there to protect all parties involved in the booking. It is in place to prevent issues from arising by being clear about how everything works and each person’s responsibilities .


    All our guests have to read and agree to our reservation Terms & Conditions, as well as House Rules which were drafted in accordance to DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing).

  • What information do you need to verify my details?

    We ask for a copy of your photographic ID (this can be a passport, Emirates ID or GCC issued ID) and the details of that ID. We also ask for an email address to reach you on and a phone number to be used in emergencies. All of these requirements are designed to help your stay be as smooth and enjoyable as possible.


    At your check-in we are required to check the card used to make payment, this is to minimise fraudulent activity and protect our guests and our homeowners. If you use a card to pay for your trip that won’t be available at check-in you will need to inform us of this when completing your pre-check in form.


    Lux BnB Vacation Homes LLC ™ company works with a secure online platform where you can submit your personal details and a copy of an identity document for us to verify your booking.


Check-In


  • How will I get the keys to my property?

    We use digital locks in all our apartments operated via app or access cards hence no worries for key collection. 

  • What time is the check-in?

    Our standard check-in time slot is 3pm UAE time, however, we are happy to accommodate other requests where possible. The earlier we know, the better our chances of being able to adjust the time for you.

  • What if I need an early check-in?

    Our standard check-in is 3pm UAE time. We understand that sometimes your plans mean that you arrive earlier to Dubai. Early check in can only be confirmed on the day of check in as per availability. To have a confirm early check in we request you to book one night prior. 

  • What If I would like a late check-in?

    If you require a check-in after 6pm UAE time.Please contact us in plenty of time to spare to arrange late check-ins.

  • Do I need to contact anyone before my check-in?

    Yes. If we don’t hear from you, one of our team members will be in touch with you to verify your contact number and let you know about the instructions for the check in ( i.e. location, parking, directions, etc)

  • Do I need to send any documents prior to my check-in?

    Yes. To arrange a smooth check in, most building managements in Dubai require ID details for registration of guests in the system. If the documents are not submitted on time, there might be delays upon arrival and entrance to the building.

  • I need a baby cot for my guest. Can you provide these?

    Yes.

    Baby cots are available upon request and charged 150 aed per stay.

    Please let us know in advance, prior to your arrival or mention it to any of our team members and we will do our best to facilitate your request.

  • Can I bring a pet?

    We are pet friendly!

    However, not all buildings allow those furry friends in, but we will be able to assist you with the buildings that share the same love for pets as we do!

  • I have some feedback and suggestions, what do I do?

    Your feedback and suggestions are very important to us and we welcome any ideas on board. Please send them through to guestrelations@luxtravels.com 


During Your Stay


  • What happens if there is a problem during my stay?

    We have a concierge service during office hours 9:30am – 8pm to help you with any extras you might need during your stay, such as additional bed linen or towels or dry cleaning, grocery delivery, airport transfers or even to hire a chef. The team is available to address any concerns you might have about the home as well.

  • What do I do in case of emergency?

    In case of emergency, please contact the authorities first and then let us know. If it is a major maintenance issue, our emergency number is available 24/7 for any issues which require immediate attention.


Check-Out


  • What do I do if I need to leave the home earlier than my original check-out date?

    If you need to leave the home earlier than expected, this is no problem at all but please do let us know.

  • What if I would like a late check-out?

    Our standard check-out is 11am UAE time and we are happy to accommodate later check outs until 1 pm if there is no other booking or homeowner return on the same day. This can only be confirmed within 24 hours of your check-out and additional charge might apply.


    If you would like a guaranteed late check out will need to be booked as an additional night stay as well.


House Rules


  • Is Housekeeping included? 

    Housekeeping services are not included in the rate but can be requested. 

  • Can I smoke inside the property?

    No. All our properties are non-smoking however it is allowed to smoke on a balcony.

  • Can I drink water from the tap?

    No. Dubai water is high in sodium so it is advised to use the bottled water.

  • Can I invite guests?

    Yes. However, each property has its allowance and the number of people residing in the property must not exceed the amount mentioned upon the reservation. The rate usually depends on the number of guests staying at the property. You may lose your deposit or asked to leave as it breaches our T&C.

  • Can I throw a party?

    No. No parties are permitted.


    Quiet hour starts at 10pm until 7am and is strictly monitored by the building management. So, we don’t hold any responsibility for any complaints from the neighbours.


    However, if you need a place to celebrate something or just gather with friends or family, please contact us and we will be able to assist you with the suitable property.

  • What happens if I lose the access cards?

    Please contact us and we will send our team to provide you with the new set, however the call out charges and the keys are charged. Each access card is charged AED 370/- 


Reviews, feedback and return trips!


  • How do I leave a review?

    If you would like to leave a review, then please send us an email with the details of your stay. 


    If you have booked through another platform (e.g Airbnb), then you may receive a review request directly from them after your stay.

  • Is there a discount for returning guests?

    Yes, we do offer discounts to our returning guests. Please do contact our reservations department at guestrelations@luxtravels.com  for details.
